UNIGOMMA uses latest generation vertical and horizontal machines for injection and compression moulding, in order to optimize the production of any kind of item. These machines are equipped with all special accessories such as extraction kits, cylinders for Silicone and extractors that allow different execution possibilities and the use of all types of elastomer.

The constant training of the staff and the equipments evolution make UNIGOMMA a dynamic company always in the forefront for products, also special ones, realized on customers projects for any kind of application.

PTFE items
Turned on the lathe and moulded, they are products such as O-RINGS, Back-up, washers in virgin or reprocessed PTFE.
Plugs and chocks
Chocks are widespread and requested products. Manufactured also in Shore hardness 30, they can be easily assembled, they stay fixed and offer an electrical and mechanical protection to cables, wires bundles and tubes.
Oil-pressure sealing gaskets
The oil-pressure sealing gaskets can be manufactured with different materials depending from the chemical properties of the contact fluid. They have to be resistant at different pressures and against abrasion processes.
Valves and sleeves
UNIGOMMA produces a wide range of valves and sleeves. They can be manufactured upon request with special materials for resistance under particular chemical and mechanical stress.
O-Rings and sealing rings
They represent the sealing product “par excellence”. They are mainly used in the connection elements in hydraulic and pneumatics systems because they prevent or limit the fluids leakage. Every year we produce some million pcs of ORINGS in all kinds of elastomer.
Membranes and sealing plugs
The main features of these products are the elasticity and the respect of the dimensional tolerances: these elements can assure the highest sealing in the different exercise conditions: extreme temperatures, pressures or particular fluids chemical compositions.
Rubber + Metal gaskets
These gaskets are often used for the automotive and gas applications and for the fluids regulation; there is also the possibility of rubber-plastic connection.

UNIGOMMA moulds rubber articles according to drawing using any kind of polymer paying attention to the quality and the use conditions.
Bellows
The bellows can be manufactured according to drawing with any shape or dimension and made with many different materials: synthetic rubber (emulsions and mineral oils resistant) natural rubber, Neoprene, silicone etc…

UNIGOMMA manufactures frames and other elements according to drawing or model using compounds and products studied ad hoc.

Special gaskets
Pneumatics, hydraulic, oil-pressure and automotive applications. Designed for the regulation and control of gas and fluids flow, these special gaskets are highly elastic, they resist at low and high temperatures and against chemical agents and gases. They are wear resistant, elastic and have a low friction coefficient.
